Some of the customer random call number from yellow page when
they can't get our customer care center to pick up the line.
Once someone called my line :
Me : Good afternoon, this is [company name]
Customer : Hello, is this [company name]
Me : Yes, can i help you ?
Customer: I bought a rice cooker yesterday, then no electricity,
cannot use leh.
Me : Can I give you the customer care center number, you call
them to check ?
Customer : I tried to call but nobody pick up, so i call this
number lor
Me : Sorry, this is not customer care center, I can't help you.
Maybe you try to call them again ?
Customer: You all in the same company right, you don't know meh
?
Me : But this is xxx department
Customer : same company right ?
Me : ...............
I had to convince the person till she finally put down the
call....
